The finalize progress UI was showing raw stage_status strings from frappe/erpnext core (Setting up company, Installing fixtures, …) — these are untranslated and jargon-y. Ignore them and show a single message "This may take a minute, please wait..." (az/ru translated) while the bar tracks the progress tuple. Drops now-unused "Starting..." / "Working...".
